Welcome to FastHostBD ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services (domains, hosting, VPS, RDP, etc.), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms of Service (ToS). Failure to adhere to these terms may result in service suspension or termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FastHostBD services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Domain Registration & Management
  • Web Hosting (Shared, Reseller, Cloud, etc.)
  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
  • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Services
  • Other IT infrastructure solutions

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • You are fully responsible for account security, including passwords and unauthorized access.
  • Notify us immediately at info@fasthostbd.cloud if your account is compromised.

4. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden:

  • Illegal content (hacking, fraud, phishing, malware, piracy)
  • Spam & bulk emailing (unless explicitly permitted)
  • Copyright/Trademark violations (no unauthorized distribution)
  • Cryptocurrency mining (unless allowed in your plan)
  • DDoS attacks, network abuse, or brute-force attacks
  • Child exploitation, terrorism, or any harmful material

Violations = Immediate suspension/termination without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Chargebacks/disputes = Permanent ban + legal action.
  • Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

  • Domains: Non-refundable (ICANN policy).
  • Hosting/VPS/RDP: Refunds (if applicable) within [X] days of purchase.
  • No refunds for ToS violations or post-termination.

7. Service Uptime & SLA

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
  • Compensation (if any) follows our SLA policy.

  • Customers must maintain their own backups.
  • We are not liable for any data loss.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend/terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • ToS violations
  • Legal/regulatory requirements
  • Network security threats

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions affecting your service
